Shipping policy

 

All orders will be processed and shipped within 3 business days of your order. Once your order ships, you will receive a notification via email to let you know your package is on it's way to you. 

Please note: All international orders may have additional fees once arriving to their destination country. These fees are not covered in your order with us and are the responsibility of the buyer. 

 

Refund policy

 

For sanitary reasons, returns or exchanges are not available for our products unless they are defective. If the returned item has been opened and used, we reserve the right to refuse a refund. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@storkbaby.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Proof of purchase is required for refund or replacement. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

 


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process your refund.
